WEETABIX WOMEN'S EURO 2022 BALLOT TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the “Be in the crowd at the Euros!” ballot draw (the “Ballot”). You will be legally bound by these Terms from the time you submit your application for the Ballot.

If there is a conflict in these Terms with any other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of this Ballot, these conditions will take precedence.

The Ballot is run by Weetabix Limited Burton Latimer, Kettering, NN15 5JR, England (the "Promoter") and will be administered by its agent Delta (Delta Display Limited 153-157 Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow, London, E17 5QZ). ELIGIBILITY, OPENING AND CLOSING DATES

  1. This is a chance to obtain a pair of Women’s Euro 22 match tickets from Weetabix for a Weetabix employee and their nominated guest.
  2. The Ballot is open to Weetabix Group employees only (“Applicants”). No contractors, suppliers, agency staff or anyone else professionally connected with Weetabix shall be eligible to apply.
  3. Ballot window opens on 23 May 2022 and closes on Wednesday 22nd June 2022.
  4. Applicants should apply only if they are able to attend on the dates mentioned below in condition 7 for the match they are applying for.
  5. Applicants can only apply once.

 

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Visit thedeltagroup.co.uk/Weetabix-Euro-2022/ and enter your name, job title and department, and email address.
  2. Applicants can apply for one pair of tickets only and must select either the Old Trafford match or the Milton Keynes match.

 

TICKETS

  1. There are 250 pairs of tickets available in the Ballot to be allocated, comprising:
    • 50 pairs of standard tickets to see Women’s England vs Austria at Old Trafford Stadium, Manchester on 6th July 2022; and
    • 200 pairs of standard tickets for the Women’s Semi Final held at Milton Keynes Stadium on 27th July 2022.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to add further tickets to the ballot for the dates specified above.

 

ALLOCATION

  1. Tickets will be allocated on a random basis. Once all tickets have been allocated, the ballot will be closed and notification of this put onto the intranet.
  2. You will be contacted via email by Friday 24th June 2022 to confirm the tickets that have been allocated to you.

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Successful applicants and their guests are responsible for their own costs including travel and any accommodation. No travel or other costs incurred to take part in this activity shall be able to be claimed via Weetabix’s normal expenses policy.
  2. Nominated guests under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket holder who is a parent or legal guardian or someone acting with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  3. Attendees will be reminded that they are attending as employees of Weetabix and therefore must act responsibly and in accordance with all applicable Weetabix policies. Employees are responsible for the conduct of their guest. Inappropriate conduct or action of the employee or their guest may result in disciplinary action for the employee.
  4. If on notification of ticket allocation, you are unable to attend, you must notify Weetabix as soon as possible and return the tickets so they can be re-allocated.
  5. Any terms and conditions of the tickets themselves and of the venue shall apply, including any rules relating to COVID-19 testing requirements.
  6. Tickets cannot be resold, gifted or given to friends or family – attendees must be the applying employee and their choice of 1 guest.
  7. Any personal information supplied in connection with the Ballot will be used, shared and retained as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available to view at https://weetabix.co.uk/privacy-policy/
  8. The Promoter will not be liable for any person not being able to enter the Ballot. No other correspondence will be entered into and the Promoter’s decision is final on all matters.
  9. These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
