Delta is Point of Purchase Printer of the Year

We’re extremely proud to announce that The Delta Group has again won Point of Purchase Printer of the Year at the 2013 Printweek Awards.

The Delta Group has been recognised amongst the industry’s best at the 2013 PrintWeek Awards. Delta was named Point of Purchase Printer of the Year by a panel of industry experts, a great honour given the calibre of the other nominees.

The PrintWeek Awards are perhaps the most prestigious and respected in the UK printing industry; judging is based on consistency as well as the quality of an entrant’s output. The awards took place at Grosvenor House Hotel and were hosted by comedian Dara Ó Briain.

We submitted four samples of work for the entry, including our Disney Store ‘Nemo’ window display, Disney Theatrical ‘Oz’ standee, and the Fat Face Winter Window campaign. The judges were particularly impressed by our Playstation ‘Book of Spells’ entry – a piece of in-store theatre boasting a giant spell book and flying dragon. They commented that “it featured great consistency, colour, vibrancy, and well thought-out construction so that the reality looked just as good as the concept sounded”.
