We’re happy to announce that Delta has won two Benefits Excellence Awards for the launch and implementation of our new ‘Supersid’ employee benefits scheme.
The Benefits Excellence Awards recognise the innovation and success of voluntary benefits programmes and are well-known in the HR industry. Delta was nominated for five different awards and won in the categories ‘Best Benefits Branding’ and ‘Best Benefits Communication Strategy.’
Supersid was launched after a review of Delta’s benefits system, with the aim of creating a more user-friendly platform, offering better benefits to our staff spread over six sites. Within six weeks, the team built, promoted and launched the program, using a teaser campaign, product champions and a £5 sign up reward to build awareness. There was an overwhelming staff response to the campaign, and there are now plans to add more offers and features to the programme.
We’d like to congratulate everyone who worked on the launch, from the HR team to our creatives at Lick, who lead the design side of the campaign.
