Our philosophy of continual improvement is prevalent throughout the business. What this means to our clients is that we offer audit, compliance and integration testing to measure the effectiveness of their campaigns. More importantly this feeds into the development loop of future activity and gives a validated audit of key elements of the visual communications value chain. We take pride in what we do – and how we do it. We’re committed to the ongoing ethical and sustainable treatment of the environment and communities in which we operate.

ISO14001 Environmental Management Accreditation. This ensures a holistic approach to environmental management, taking in both legislative and industry requirements.

Full waste segregation. We produce much sought-after highly recyclable waste streams with intrinsic value and as such we have used thorough waste segregation to not only produce an environmental benefit but also a business one.

Non-solvented ink use and low VOC emissions. The elimination of solvents within printing inks and the switchover to UV-based curing has dramatically reduced the emissions of volatile organic compounds into the atmosphere – our emissions are significantly below local authority VOC permitted levels.

Intelligent lighting solutions. The installation of movements sensitive and power balancing lighting systems has reduced energy usage within the business and enable our commitment to our CCL obligations.

Server reduction program. We’ve embraced cloud technology and are aiming to reduce our dependence on physical server size and numbers in favour of a low CO2 cloud facility.

Full F-Gas maintained systems & schedules. All of our fluorinated gas refrigerant systems within the company are on preventative maintenance schedules and as such we have cut down on fugitive emissions from these systems.

Environmental training programs. We believe that everyone at Delta plays their own part in the management of our environmental impact. All staff take part in e-learning programs and our operational managers undergo IOSH Managing Safely courses.

Thermographic surveying. Periodic thermography tests enables us to identify any malfunctioning machinery components that are consuming unnecessary energy.
